This is a very professional and friendly company. My encounter with customer service to make the appointment was pleasant. I was actually able to speak with a person right away. Some other companies I called I got voice mail but their mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. The arborist was on time to look at the trees I needed serviced. The workers were here early because they had a cancellation but they did call first to let me know. They were extremely fast and they did great work. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They just had an all around pleasant disposition. The whole experience with Action Tree Service was great and I would recommend them to my friends.

I had several trees in my back yard and two in front that needed serious help – the team that arrived was on time, professional and courteous. They did a great job on my trees and cleaned up all the branches and debris. I would recommend them highly.

I was very happy with Action Tree Service. Preston came out ahead and evaluated the job and explained very clearly all that was needed. He returned with his crew and they did a great job on my Mountain Laurel. Came right on time and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend them.

Got an estimate which was very detailed. He even videotaped the work that we agreed needed to be done. After getting other estimates, Action Tree had the best value. I then accepted the bid they had given me and within a week we had scheduled a date and time. A rainy day caused a reschedule, but it was only a couple of days later to let the ground dry out. The crew showed up and said that they had reviewed the video, but also wanted me to verify the work to be done. 3 guys took care of about 10 trees and a couple of piles of brush in about 4 hours. They had a chipper that discharged into the back of their truck. Took all the debris with them. Sent me an invoice through email. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!

I researched 3 tree trimming companies and Action Tree Service blew the other 2 away. Preston (owner) was extremely responsive and flexible with my schedule to come by to provide a thorough quote. He didn’t rush the estimate process and took extra time to survey the large cedar elm that needed a great deal of TLC. He took videos, photos, and notes to share with his Team not even knowing at the time whether I would select his company. I DID because of his professionalism, genuine care, and flexibility to work with me on investment and scheduling.
The Team arrived on time and were extremely professional and customer focused. The Lead explained their approach and process for the 3.5 hour job and welcomed me to ask questions/provide input at any time. I watched them work so seamlessly and diligently. No shortcuts were taken. No rushing occurred. Each Team member was focused on doing their very best work. Preston (owner) even took time out of his busy schedule to stop by close to the end of the job to check in on the progress and my satisfaction. I was so grateful for his genuine care. My next door neighbor was so impressed with the Team and their work that he came out to request work on his property. Preston and the Team took the time to fulfill his request on the spot after my job was successfully complete. Well done Action Tree Service! I am so grateful that I found you all.

Action Tree Service did a great job of taking down a large red oak tree and grinding the stump down below ground level. The crew really knew what they were doing in lowering limbs and swinging them to avoid damage to building or landscape. They did this in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am 100% satisfied with this company and the work/service they provided for me. From the first phone call I made to them to request an estimate,to the gentleman who came and provided the estimate including options which allowed me to save money, to the 4 man crew supervised by Tony,everyone was outstanding. They were all friendly,professional,knowledgeable and customer service oriented! Everyone was on time for their appointments, in fact,the crew was early and completed the job very quickly and it was a very big tree with obstacles(another tree,fence,neighbors roof and yard)they were completely careful and considerate of.  I intend to have more work in the future, and I was so impressed by these folks, I don’t feel the need to call anybody but them to come back. I highly recommend this company to everyone! They also hauled everything away and their cleanup was also fantastic!

I just had my second amazing experience with Action Tree Service. This company is responsive and extremely professional, from the estimate stage though completion. Preston provided a prompt estimate of my project and the price was very reasonable. He spent time with me examining trees and providing sound advice. I can’t say enough about the crew of five guys that did the job. They were so kind, friendly and efficient and they did an incredible job. They were so neat and left my home in impeccable order. There was no debris, limbs or shavings left behind. Action will be my go-to for any tree service. Well done!
